Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA)
When your product arrives, we encourage you to take the following steps:
- Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival.
- Contact us immediately, if the item has been damaged.
- All claims must provide a photo of the damaged product for replacement.
- We will issue a full refund for any returned items when your return meets the requirements; items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with no missing parts.
- An item that is returned without authorization or an RMA Number will be refused and returned back to the buyer.
- Any items returned will be inspected before any refund or exchange is fulfilled.
