Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA)










    When your product arrives, we encourage you to take the following steps:

    1. Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival.
    2. Contact us immediately, if the item has been damaged.
    3. All claims must provide a photo of the damaged product for replacement.
    4. We will issue a full refund for any returned items when your return meets the requirements; items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with no missing parts.
    5. An item that is returned without authorization or an RMA Number will be refused and returned back to the buyer.
    6. Any items returned will be inspected before any refund or exchange is fulfilled.
