How long will it take for my order to ship?
We strive to get all orders shipped that are received by 1:00 PM each day. All orders are shipped within 2 business days.

What if I receive a defective item?
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Contact your Kiss N Giggles representative regarding replacement and return. All returns require a return authorization number or RMA.
